1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing Zygote Consultancy’s digital platforms and documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern preliminary interactions and informational access; all professional engagements are subject to a separate, comprehensive Consulting Service Agreement (CSA).
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets: All content, proprietary, architectural models, technical diagrams, and brand assets—including the Zygote logo and "Digital DNA" imagery—are the exclusive property of Zygote Consultancy. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or distribution of these frameworks is strictly prohibited and protected under international intellectual property laws.
3. Nature of Information: While Zygote Consultancy maintains a standard of 23 years of technical precision, the information provided within our digital assets is for general informational purposes. Use of these materials does not constitute a formal consultant-client relationship. A bilateral signed contract is required for all professional advisory and technical deployments.
4. Limitation of Liability: Zygote Consultancy strives for absolute data integrity in all public-facing content. However, Zygote Consultancy shall not be held liable for any technical inaccuracies, omissions, or the content of external links. Use of the informational content provided is at the user’s own risk.
5. Intellectual Property of Deliverables: For contracted clients, the ownership of specific “Analytical Engines” (scripts, dashboards, and reporting frameworks) is defined within the project’s Statement of Work (SOW). Zygote Consultancy retains the rights to its underlying methodologies, pre-existing code libraries, and foundational technical frameworks used to architect client solutions.
6. Service Evolution: We reserve the right to modify our service tiers, technical capabilities, and documentation at any time to reflect the evolution of our expertise in Data Architecture, Advanced Programming, and Strategic Financial Intelligence.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the use of these assets or our brands shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
